Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is required on one to four night stays.  A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required on stays of five nights or more.  We accept PayPal, personal check, cashier's check, postal money order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

The cancellation fee is 3% of the amount paid plus tax with a minimum cancellation fee of $50 plus tax.  We require 60 days advance notice of arrival date to receive a refund.

Optional travel insurance is available direct from Travel Guard at 877-249-5376.  You can cover your entire trip or just the cost of your lodging.

Pet Policy:

We allow pets at our properties except for Knudson Cove Lodge with prior approval and receipt of a security deposit.  There is a charge of $10 per day per pet.

We require that pets be healthy, be on a flea preventative program such as Revolution, and be well-behaved.  Dogs must be friendly and get along with other guests and their pets.  Pets are not allowed in the yard unsupervised and should be kept on a leash if necessary.  Owners must clean up after their pets.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the beds unless covered.  If they are accustomed to getting on the furniture, please let us know so we can cover the furniture before you arrive.  If pets get on the beds and/or sleep with their owners, guests may need to provide their own bedding.  We actually prefer that pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.

We will need to discuss how pets are cared for when they are left alone in the apartment.  We will notify you if there is excessive barking when they are unattended.

We will go over the conditions of accepting a pet at the time the reservation is made.

Please call our office to discuss our pet requirements and deposit if you have any questions or concerns.

We have two dogs and love pets.  Both D1 Loop Road (Totem Bight Inn) and Knudson Cove Road (Knudson Cove Retreat) are great locations for having pets.  The properties have large yards and little traffic on the road if you want to walk your pet.  D1 Loop connects to a bike path along Tongass Highway.
